Had seven site managers suddenly quit or be sacked over the two and a half year period (and counting) of our nightmare build. Don't know what is going on at this company that so many staff just leave?! We've finally moved in with a long list of things still to be completed and Langdon don't even bother to reply to our emails or phone calls asking when they intend to actually finish our house that they made us pay every last cent for before moving into, even though it is not finished. Just wanted to give a shout out to Andrew our site supervisor. He has kept us in the loop since taking on our build. There was some confusion as to the colour of our gutters and fascias, Andrew rang us to clarify there had been no change and was ok to proceed. Many Thanks Andrew and 5 stars for you.

Langdon have just finished building a house on the property next to mine. They removed the fence between my property and their site however promised that it would be immediately replaced every time I spoke with them, almost weekly for the past 3 months. They have now completed the build and left without replacing my fence. I have contacted them directly and spoken with the site manager, they are now denying responsibility for replacing the fence as they have finished their build.
