We recently began our new home build with Langdon Builders, and the experience so far has been wonderful. Langdons were the only Ballarat area volume builder who had suitable small house designs on offer. They worked with us to modify the design and vastly increase the environmental efficiencies we sought. The build process was continual, with good communication from our site manager and the office.. there were a few glitches in the finish, these were freely acknowledged by the Company, and resolved, eventually, to our satisfaction. we are on track for a total energy bill well under $1000 for the year
I've avoided posting this review until now, because there is too much to mention and I can't post everything due to character limits. I was hoping to change my mind and post a better review. I am so disappointed. We purchased a custom build that we designed, and signed the contract on 29/03/21. It was supposed to be completed in a total of 298 days (from commencement of the build).
