Langdons were the only Ballarat area volume builder who had suitable small house designs on offer. They worked with us to modify the design and vastly increase the environmental efficiencies we sought. The build process was continual, with good communication from our site manager and the office.. there were a few glitches in the finish, these were freely acknowledged by the Company, and resolved, eventually, to our satisfaction. we are on track for a total energy bill well under $1000 for the year
