Langdon didn't finish our house one day earlier than contract even though there was virtually nothing to do in the last 9 months. 7 site managers, even had his retired father working for the company and work still didn't get finished on time. Waited months after handover to have the double glazed windows repaired. Still waiting on the leaking shower to be sealed some 14 months after handover. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
Our initial phone enquiry to the Bendigo Display Home, we spoke to Tim, one of the sales consultants. We were very impressed with the way Tim not only listened to what we wanted, but he wrote down notes so everything we discussed was passed on to the next stage. Literally within days of the initial enquiry we had signed up. Tim has remained in contact throughout the whole process, to ensure everything was as we wanted. We are very happy we chose Langdon Building to build our home and we thank Tim for going above and beyond.

The support from Tim during the sales phase was outstanding. I knew exactly how I wanted to use the block of land, and Tim was happy to work with me, here my preferences and take me down the custom-build path to come up with a house plan that met all my needs with no compromise. I'm very happy with the outcome of my home, Langdon have done a magnificent job, Paul Morris listened to what I wanted in the build and he gave me that. The whole team at Langdon were very helpful and enthusiastic in the hole process of build, which gave me my dream home, thanks to Tessa, Jake, Tracie for putting up with me and accommodating me with all the requests and questions I had during the process, all a great help.
