I brought my truck in because of a cam phaser issue. I was told that I had codes for hard shifts for the transmission which I had not really had much of a problem with except once or twice. I was told I needed an aux pump to fix it and agreed to it. When I picked my truck up I was told I may feel some hard shifts till the transmission relearned how I drive and that would take about 500 miles. We were headed on a trip in our motorhome when our tow vehicle a Ford Explorer would not start. This happened on a Sunday and we had the truck towed to Langdale Ford. We called in the morning and spoke to Derek in the service department and told him our situation. He said they were very busy, but he would try and get us serviced as quickly as possible. Mt husband and I purchased a 2023 Ford Edge in Jacksonville because we were in an accident with a semi truck. We've had our service completed at Langdale Ford in Valdosta, GA. I just wanted everyone to know the 2 times the service department serviced my vehicle I was VERY PLEASED with the results.
