Lang stone provided exceptional customer service from initial contact with Robin, Sales to the installation crews. They crafted a beautiful quartz for our home. When an issue came up with a discoloration they quickly rectified issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lang Stone.
We worked with Lori at the 5th Avenue location. Michael Baker at 614 Design & Remodel was our contracter and sent us to Lang Stone. Lori was wonderful to work with and we learned a lot. When they sent us to Stone Mart to pick out our actual stone we found a stone we liked better. Lori had told us that might happen and made the switch easy. Our kitchen footprint is unusual, definitely tight areas to work in and long stretches of countertop on our original 60 year old cabinets. Larry was great to work with in the office and both drivers were phenomenal. David delivered the boulders and wow, he manuevers the loader with perfection and was great to work with. I did not catch the name of the other driver as he delivered the small stone and he dumped everything dead center on our tarp. Great people!
