Chris Mueller at Langs is the perfect representation of good customer support! My LG fridge was dying and he not only scheduled it in for service but they also gave me a “loaner” fridge while my useless LG was in the shop. I ended up purchasing a replacement for the LG and only several months later did I purchase yet another fridge from them for my own home. He is always happy, cordial and eager to please. 5 Stars…A special Thank You to Lang’s TV and Appliance who provided wonderful customer service and skilled service. They provide quick service installing our stove even on a short notice. Always a great experience at Lang's. Been dealing with Lang's for 40 years. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, televisions, I've bought them all throughout the years from Lang's. Never had a bad experience.
