Kaye and her team are very friendly and helpful very reasonable prices highly recommended
Kaye snd her staff are amazing! I rang with an eye issue and she kindly saw me, even though I was not her usual patient. It turned out to be serious - requiring referral to a surgeon and she organised the referral. Her receptionist was wonderful and caring and walked me to the car to make sure I was alright. I couldn’t recommend their professionalism or caring attitude more. I owe the fact I have not lost vision in my right eye to Kaye’s quick action. Thank you so very much.
I genuinely cannot rate Kaye highly enough as an optometrist. She has gone above and beyond for me over the Christmas period after an injury to my eye - coming in especially, whilst officially on holiday, to follow up on earlier appointments and then ringing and texting on both Christmas and Boxing day. We are very lucky to have someone of Kaye's calibre in Lang Lang.
