Janet helped me beyond all my expectations! My husband works for the Railroad so I am under the Railroad. The process of getting my Medicare Part B took SO long which held up me obtaining my secondary insurance. Janet was there every step of the process…calling me back after hours at times. She treated me as if I was a irelative of hers! Janet is easy to talk too and is extremely knowledgeable of the process of getting secondary insurance. I highly recommend her for any of the services she deals with.
Janet Langstaff was instrumental in helping us evaluate Medicare plans and coverage options. She walked us through various MediGap plans, as well as 3rd party plans including a retiree + spouse plan offered by my former employer. Janet was available for several consultations, even though the most attractive plan for us yielded her zero commission. Totally unexpected level of service and attention in this day and age. We will most definately circle back to her for additional coverage we will add for international travel!
