Won’t go back. Bought a bad boy mower at first everything and everyone seemed great. Got the mower had a few issues with it took it back almost had it for 3 weeks only 1 of the 3 issues got fixed. Every time I called it seemed like they knew nothing about who I was or the mower. I went back and demanded for the mower back don’t take 2 weeks to get a belt when I found one in 20 minutes. Placed an order for a Bad Boy mower part back in May. Two months later they still haven’t sent the part of processed a refund. The company is completely unresponsive to calls and emails. Avoid doing business with this fraudulent company.
