No way to talk the owner Crazy
Sam is the most rude person I have ever spoken to. Use extreme caution if you choose to use this shop.
Terrible customer service. Had multiple customers waiting outside at 9am when they were told to arrive just for nobody to show up to the shop for work. Yes it was the long weekend but you had an employee answering phone calls telling people to come on Saturday after I already confirmed because it was the long weekend. You had at least 6 people waiting outside after we were all told over the phone to come that day.

Excellent customer service. I didn't have to wait 1 minute. They ran diagnostics for free and gave a fair quote. If only there were more honest mechanics out there.
