Terrible customer service. Had multiple customers waiting outside at 9am when they were told to arrive just for nobody to show up to the shop for work.
Excellent customer service. I didn't have to wait 1 minute. They ran diagnostics for free and gave a fair quote. If only there were more honest mechanics out there.
