Klint was adamant that we visited the site and met with us a few times prior to discussing any further design criteria. So glad he did that, it changed our minds on so many features. Klint helped bring our design to reality. Everything we had on our wish list he was able to ensure we got! He took his time to make sure nothing was missed and offered great suggestions which I was thankful for. He is definitely a visionary and can see and feel the end product. We love our Villa, was built just like we had discussed and while we were down South for the winter they even sent pictures of important things like when the floors, cabinets and lighting fixtures were installed. Very professional work and easy to work with. Thank you for our home and new neighbours.
