I contacted Mr Lanford regarding a custom island. We emailed several times, me sending ideas of what I wanted and him sending me feedback and his previous work. We had discussed meeting, which I wanted to do. Then he just quit responding to emails. Never answered when I left a voicemail. I guess my job just wasn't big enough for him. But apparently he didn't want my $$$. My $$$ will go to someone with better business practices. I would avoid this cabinet maker.
