My mother passed away in May of this year, 2025. It is now December 5th. On May 30, 2025 I paid for her cremains and a simple marker to be placed next to my fathers grave. I was initially told it would take 2-3 months to have the marker completed and placed. It is now over 6 months and still no marker. I have called multiple times, left messages, and an email requesting a response. None have been returned.
