I stopped in with a chainsaw that I crushed on the farm. Being female, so many shops are rude and treat women different but I didn't get that vibe here. I didn't know the shop under different ownership, but G in the office did me right. He replaced the handle on my older model chainsaw using a part from another they had on hand.It started right up and I feel SAFE using it. I'm happy to have my favorite tool running again. These 2 brothers that bought the business (3) months ago are old school customer service. Stopped in with chainsaw. He fixed it while I waited. New plug and no charge? I paid him anyways. Awesome service 10 stars.
New owners are working hard to create a place to bring your small engine repair issues. They handled my Xmark mower that had some bad belts and needed service. Gio and his brother are nice young men who are motivated to do it right.
