I was very impressed with laneway. Service was quick less then 7 days Rodney Spencer made sure everything was taken care of and he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company.
I bought not one but two vehicles from Laneway and trusted that they sold us a reliable one. Almost immediately we had problems which we told Rodney about. Now we have a vehicle that doesn’t work and Rodney won’t return phone calls, not even Garrett the owner. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend them at all. I am now without a vehicle and they say warranty is not covered! I am not impressed at all and will let everyone know what they are about, not acceptable at all
My review is long overdue, but I cannot recommend Rodney and Laneway Auto enough! My old car died Christmas day (Monday), by Tuesday/Wednesday we were in to see Rodney, and by Thursday/Friday we were set up with a new-to-us car that fit my financing plan. The car has been running amazing these past few months and I am SO grateful to Rodney. I will definitely be returning when it is time to trade in again ♡
