We were looking to do an addition on our house. TJ came out to look at it. He was very rude and impatient. Then at the end of our meeting, he said he’d get back to us in a few days with a rough estimate. We never heard from him again. We called to check in several times. Mostly got voicemail and the 1 time the admin picked up, she said he was out of town and would get back to us when he got back to town. Months later, we never heard back.

A handshake like the good old days without the need of endless pages of contracts. Down to earth people that deliver everything that was promised on time and within budget.
