Beautiful location with views of the water. Great food and service. We will eat here again. We did not stay here but ate at the restaurant.
Called for take-out. Two bowls of chowder. "We're too busy for take-out". No wonder businesses go under in this town.
Review for the restaurant. Freaking outstanding poutine. Did not know what to expect from NS South Shore. Took a chance and was rewarded. Proper curds. Proper gravy. Proper fries. Huge massive bowl
Great hotel and staff.
The online photos are definitely an example of putting lipstick on a pig. The hotel was very dingy and the rooms small and dark with very few electrical outlets for charging devices. Would not recommend if you can find someplace else to stay
