I was very pleased with my experience,they worked me into their busy schedule an handled a issue at my mother's house while I was out of town.
Don't use Lane's. They gave me an outrageous estimate. And they are 5 miles from me. They said they would have the estimate in the am. The office lady was rather rude. She didn't want to have to do her job. I wanted an estimate without the 30amp plug and with the 30amp plug. Now I'm only talking about an item that costs at the most $20. She didn't want to take the time to look up the price. I was told I would have the estimate in the am. Will I didn't do I called about 1:30 or so. No and answer but I left a message.
