Complete rip off. Was quoted $550 to fix a leak. They slopped some black goop all over my house and roof shingles, and installed some guttering. Neither of those things fixed the leak. After leaving 2 messages with no response, I ended up buying a $20 can of sealant and that has stopped the leak for now. We will have to repaint the parts of the house they got black goop on, and there are black streaks all over the roof shingles that won't come off.
