Lovely afternoon tea, our server Martha was brilliant and went above and beyond for us. The afternoon tea savoury section could not be faulted! Martha happily made changes for a member of our party who didn’t like seafood.
Vivian was absolutely amazing. So attentive and professional. Made our visit 💯. Would definitely recommend the afternoon tea. Evie, was so polite and professional too. Definitely worth a visit!!! Looking forward to our next visit, soon!
We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at Lanes of London. A special thank you to Vivian, who looked after us from the beginning to the end of our visit. He provided excellent service, explained the afternoon tea package clearly, and made us feel so welcomed and well cared for throughout. From the time we walked in the service could not have been better. Out server Martha was so personable and friendly, very engaging and made our whole afternoon tea experience top notch. The food was so cute and beautifully presented. We appreciated the non alcoholic option for the glass of bubbly to get things started as my husband does not drink. Lots of great loose tea options to choose from that were included with the tea as well. Highly recommend this location for your afternoon tea experience.
That was the best afternoon tea in London we have ever tried! The food was beyond tasty, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, the service immaculate! The personal attention we received from Martha, Mary and Vivian was so touching! We'll be back soon
