Initially it took quite a while to get a quote from the Derby branch, charged £180.00 for the visit to provider this quote. The job was done at a massively inflated price of £900.00, took less than 3 hours. Have had drain issues since, phoned on at least 6 occasions, always promised a call back, never got one, More recently emailed the company, still no response. Company seems to have big communication problems.
Very unprofessional, rude customers services. Avoid at all costs! Once they got your money they don’t want to know…
