My wife bought washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and a refrigerator from them. When purchased the old man specifically told her if she needed to get an exchange or refund that she would need to do so within 30 days and bring the yellow receipt. Bought washer,dryer and refrigerator for $1000.00. Two and a half months later Dryer and Refrigerator failed. See photo taking to recycle. Talked to Lanes they said could not help me. They are a big joke. BEWARE
