I live out of town and believe me if you spend the money and have incorrect email address for your gift card....noone will contact you about this. The gift card goes to limbo because of third party booking. I suggest you do not encourage your clients to use your web site for this service. You were also rude when you took my phone call. Well ma'am no one gets an email address wrong......REALLY????

Disappointed 2 weeks in a row. Will never go back. Last week the masseuse called in sick and our appointment was cancelled. This week the person that booked our appointment “made a mistake.” Sorry Lane Spa, my wife and I will be going to Woodhouse Day Spa from now on.
