Incredible customer service. They are always in your corner, and are very responsive to any request. We are an org of around 50 people, and they give us the attention some consultants reserve for large organizations.

In seeking out the best and most efficient benefit plan from multiple providers, it can be an overwhelming process to tackle. Tyler at Lane Quinn offered to take our plan to market, even with the idea that we may not switch to Lane Quinn in the end. The relationship with the Benefits Consultant is key to a successful organizational benefit plan, and Tyler excels at building and maintaining that relationship, even with the possibility of not gaining a new client.
