This is one of the most professional and polite shippers I have seen in a while. I called and left a message to confirm overnight parking. The office staff promptly returned my call and confirmed that information. Every other shipper never returns my call when I leave a message. They are very fast with unloading, I was only sitting for 20 minutes and they were done. I would definitely come back to this place.
