10/10 RECOMMEND, called and had someone at my house within 15 minutes of that call, finished that day too, but unfortunately something broke again, and they came immediately back out and are fixing it for no extra charge! Extremely professional and amazing customer service!

Updated 03/02/2025: I have been using Lane Plumbing for many years and have never had an issue. All repairs or replacements have always been made and done correctly the first time. It's nice to find a reliable, honest, capable business that you can trust to get the job done right and at a decent price. Also, their staff is always courteous from making the appointment to the service call. I appreciate the fact that they also do a thorough cleanup when they are done. Highly recommend.

Was apprehensive about calling for a new hot water tank. The crew showed up at the front end of the timed window they gave. Examined the unit and confirmed a new tank was needed. They gave a fair price along with outstanding service. Polite professional and easy to talk to. Installation was fast and they left the area just as clean as it was before they came. Very relieved I went with them and the family has hot water again.
