I was quoted $1,800 by another local company to replace a valve/fix a leak in my hot water system, and felt pressured at the time of quoting to just replace the unit instead, quoting $3,480 + gst. Instead, Joe came out within a couple of hours, and was honest, reliable, polite, and fixed the leak for $150 - a huge difference in price, and amazing service.
