I have been there many times and the people are always professional and kind. Shout out to Bre the lady who drew my blood. She was so courteous and answered all my questions.
My experience during service was fine as it always is. My trouble came when I got a bill in the mail even though I have insurance and have had the same insurance for years. Insurance which covers my annual visits 100%. I have used the diagnostic center for year as my GYN is right upstairs in the same building. And then when I called about it the girl tried to act like I hadn't provided my insurance even though it has been on file for as long as I have been going there. I don't understand why they can't make appointments, instead it's like socialized medicine.
Wait was very long,
Been trying to get an ultrasound since January. It was a mess trying to get the pre authorization, orders, etc. not radiology’s fault however the appt to have it done was on a Friday morning. Thursday afternoon I was advised everything was approved however lane canceled the appt said they would do it Monday or Tuesday. Monday Tuesday went by never heard back.
