It's a SCAM. They give you a good deal by combining Plumbing & HVAC. They send a Plumber to gain trust. While the plumber is working, they ask for HVAC deposit. After 3 weeks, they claim they received the HVAC material and request a 2nd deposit to officially start working. After that deposit, you will never see Louis Malvasi again. You Google his name and he's done this countless times.

i hired Lou to replace furnace and condenser last year he told me he would be on the job but after weeks of broken appointments and excuses he sent some other people to do the job they only installed the furnace and after literally months of more excuses and lies the summer came around and we had no condenser which meant no a/c i wound up hiring someone else to finish the job and sueing Lou and Lane Mechanical because i had paid in full ofcourse Lou never showed up to court

DON'T USE LANE MECHANICAL. In good faith I paid in full to fix my furnace / AC and I've been chasing him to complete for 6 months. Multiple no show appts and does not replay to phone / text.
