John, the manager, was friendly and courteous the entire time and worked to get me the lowest price for the work with 100% quality. They finished it early and under the quote price! I would recommend Lane and Kenny to anyone, as it is seriously the best body shop I've ever been to. I was visiting Columbus on a long road trip and tore my front fender in a parking lot. I wanted to get it repaired before heading back east but was unfortunately on a short timeline. Marty, Bonnie, and team at the Huntley Rd location were very accommodating and super nice.
