Amazing customer service. My wife had a very unique engagement ring and we struggled to find a good match for a wedding band. Lane and Kate created a custom band that fit perfect, was below price expectation, and were fast and communicative. If you are in need of a custom band, this is the place. Cannot recommend enough.

Do not shop here. They charge way too much for too little. I thought I was in good hands when I went through the ring design and purchasing process, but I now see that I was taken for a sucker due to my youth and inexperience. Do not make the same mistake that I made. You can get much nicer REAL diamond rings for much cheaper at any pawn shop. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Ellana at Lane and Kate! We scheduled our appt through their website and she walked us through all of their current wedding band options and gave us info on custom designs. We ended up going with a stocked option because both bands were exactly what we were looking for. They took about 3 weeks to receive in our size and she was able to have them engraved with our dates.
