Terrible experience. First appointment I thought went okay, we had a plan for my issues and the surgery if that plan failed. It failed and they were supposed to schedule me a telehealth, never heard from them. Whe. I finally messaged asking what I need to do to get surgery set up she told me she doesn't do thag surgery. Even the receptionist was confused when I called to get in with a different doctor because she does do thag surgery. I was a patient for a couple of years. I requested hormone replacement therapy to protect my bones, my heart, my bladder, my sleep, my weight gain pist menopause. She refused my request because I wasnt having night sweats. Unacceptable.
Each visit with Dr. Del Rosario has left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. She frequently cuts us off mid-sentence, speaks in a harsh tone, and communicates in a manner that feels condescending and unprofessional. We’ve never experienced this kind of treatment from a medical professional before.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. The office manager is extremely rude, and no one returns phone calls—even after repeated attempts over several weeks. When you finally do reach someone, you’re met with empty promises and zero follow-through. It’s clear this practice and doctor do not care about their patients. If you experience this kind of neglect, I highly recommend filing complaints with the Indiana Attorney General and the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). I know I am.
I saw Dr. Del twice during my pregnancy & she seemed fine. I had to be induced at 38 weeks & she was the only dr on from my group (Axia) therefore she was in charge of my care for the duration of her shift. As time went on she became rude & had horrible bedside manner. She did not ask or tell me before she did things such as trying to turn the baby manually, which was very painful. She ignored my early pregnancy concerns calling it “normal” light constant spotting and it caused miscarriage at 13 weeks!. It was a simple issue as I figured out later that could be treated 100% to save the babe. She just doesn’t care .
Dr. Delrosario is not a caring Dr. what so ever. 1yr ago I was diagnosed with ?? I was scared and had no knowledge about it. I tried to ask questions and she was very rude towards me and asked me why I want to know. Like I was a bother for asking question. 8 months later I was diagnosed with something else and again she did the something. She get's so bothered if I ask questions. I'm am lost on what to do and she does not seem to care. I do not recommend her at all.
She always listens to any of my concerns and she is very supportive and welcoming with a smile and I have mentioned her many times in my conversations with mommies to be very kind! I have had 2 amazing children and I am grateful to have such an incredible person who has been supportive when my son was born with heart complications and I Would recommend more times when in need
