This company is great at what they do, professional and thorough technicians, and the owners know their trade and how to provide a proper customer experience at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Lane for new installations, repairs, or AC maintenance.
My HVAC system was about 14+ years old. Lane Heating & Air has been serving it and as I have said, Mark resurrected it few years ago and it has served its purpose beyond its capability. It was ready to give up, Mark recommended a new system, more efficient and with a 10y warranty. Best decision! Otherwise I was going to be investing $2000 on a new coil, no warranty.
