I have been a patient of Dr. Lane for over 8 years. She has remained the same great optometrist during this time. She is very personable and has a pleasant bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends.
This place is not good with time management or scheduling. They ran so behind on my daughter’s appt I had to cancel my son’s appt because we had to leave for another engagement. I rescheduled my son giving him my appt since you can’t get in for months…they sent multiple appt reminders saying arrive 15min early only to get there and they are out to lunch??? Tacky and unprofessional. I won’t be back.
