Just terrible. We are a new, small business. With the economy and just starting out we are struggling a little bit. We pay our bills, but sometimes we have to be a bit late to making the payment. This company charges $50 late fees. 50 dollars. That is about 39% of our monthly bill. They run us further into the ground. I understand late fees. I accept the consequences of late fees for any other utilities… but other late fees are never $50. That was ridiculous and unheard of to me.
