Always a great experience dealing with the team of Lane Electronics. They come and get to work immediately and always resolve my issues. Nick came out after hours and immediately got to work helping me understand what was the root cause of the issues to be fixed. When he left I was absolutely satisfied with his and Lane Electronics work. I will ALWAYS recommend them to others.

Buyer beware. I purchased a property with five separate structures and was pressured by their rep, John Floren — who I was led to believe was the owner — into signing five "monitoring agreements" in the days before my closing. I was told it was urgent to get the alarm into my name so the home wouldn't be "unprotected" — there was no indication whatsoever that I was signing a contract with a fixed term, let alone one I couldn't get out of.
