This is the worst power company I've ever had the displeasure of using. We had to buy a whole house generator because the power goes out so often. On top of that, they often don't read the meters and charge you whatever they feel like charging you until you call them on it. Honestly, I think everyone who is forced to use this utility company should do a class action lawsuit against them. They put people at risk in the winter time.
I paid my bill. I waited the time frame. I went out to turn my meter back on and it still said off. I didn't touch any buttons. And I called the office and since it was past 5 o'clock. It was after hours, he answered. I explained to them what happened they kept insisting, I had pushed the button. And I didn't push the damn button day. Issue was positively on their part. Have asked REPEATEDLY not to come onto property without letting us know and they continue to do so. Work and odd shift and interrupts sleep. Outages occur regularly during winter.
Real tired of power outages with no explanation or time of fixing it. I was told the planned outage would start at 5pm but started at 10am. Someone should be firing the entire staff and rehiring people who arent incompetent. I understand general maintenence but people work on Fridays unlike your office that only works 4 days a week. I have never in my life had to deal with this many power outages in 4+ yrs of service. It is going to be 100 degrees today and you pick today to shut everyones power off.
