I had a problem with a mower I put in in december but it wasn't completely fixed. The fault was mine using stale fuel. I brought it back and they fixed it no charge. Lane Cove Mowers stand by their work.
My Honda engined mower went in for service and came back with less power and more difficult to start than when it went in. No contact whilst servicing and had to chase up.

Poor quality of service/repairs from subcontractors
I took my blower to Ray in a rough condition after constant use and no maintenance. Ray was able to fix it on the spot and get it working better than it did when I got it new. Will definitely be bringing all my tools here moving forward . Thank you, Ray and Simon.
