For scheduled childhood immunisations you book with the nurse however they will hand you over to the doctor so you spend extra time in the waiting room (and the wait to see a doctor is always lengthy here!) and then you cop an unexpected fee for the 1 minute appointment for a simple jab. Not a pleasant surprise…. Doctors are good but the whole experience is not! Better options in the area.
Strongly recommend this practice and our family doctor Dr Sunny Misir, whose caring, considered and very competent approach has been a great help on a range of matters for many years. I appreciate his professionalism, medical advice, and direct yet compassionate communication.
I was just charged $280 this morning for a 25 minute appointment with Dr Lisa Hurrell, to see my 7month old baby and I who are sick. She was 10mins late to the appointment and we were only in there 25mins max for the both of us. She just gave me a medical certificate and said there’s nothing she could do. Don’t go to this doctor unless you can afford it. I was wondering why she watching the clock our entire appointment, it was to see how much she could charge me obviously. I will not be seeing her again.
