My experience with Dr Fiona Napier Flood is always good. She’s a doctor who listens, and treats you as a whole person, not just a condition. She goes the whole “9 yards” My only hesitation about giving this glowing review is I don’t want her to get any more popular in case I can never get in to see her !!

I saw Dr. Saampavi Kumariah for the first time and was really impressed. She was professional, calm, and took her time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment.
I booked a flu shot through HotDoc, which clearly stated the appointment would be bulk-billed unless I discussed other medical issues, with only the $25 flu shot fee payable. At my appointment, the doctor (Dr Song) confirmed the vaccine type, then initiated additional discussion about travel vaccines and malaria prevention. While the information may have been well-intentioned, I had not asked for this advice, nor was I advised beforehand that it would change my appointment into a paid consult.
