Visited by myself today to hire a single kayak. I was made to feel welcomed and looked after. It was a beautiful peaceful kayak great to have no motorised craft on the river. Look forward to my next visit
Horrible customer service, we arrived at 4PM, the young fella clearly wanted to leave early so said we don't rent out boats after 4, when I said it is 4, he said tbh until 3:50! so pretty much left the kids disappointed. So either the claim that thet are open till 5 is wrong or the young fella working there needs to look for a job to he learns you don't refuse service on BS grounds.
