Absolutely incompetent. Should not be allowed to work on State roadways. These idiots close off way more lanes than they need or should be allowed and are doing zero work. There's some vehicles parked with no lights on but I don't see a single ounce of work being done. Last I checked the interstate is not your private parking lot.
