RecommendedI had the BEST experience today! Miss Constance was my sales lady I believe. She was so helpful making sure I got what I wanted, and told me how to get a discount by signing up for the charge card. I hate to clothes shop, and I found myself needing jeans. First time in years I’ve bought jeans. I literally picked up a pair in my size, with the type I wanted, went in and tried them on, and had exactly what I wanted after this one pair. That has NEVER happened to me! 😱 Thank you Lane Bryant!

Today I went shopping with my friend Jessica and our babies. We went to the Greene! One of our last stops was Lane Bryant. It was about 5:30-5:40pm when we went in. We were in there for about 15 minutes. In that 15 minutes we were not greeted! I picked out a shirt and a bralette and went to check out! store is closed for not paying its Bills! can't get help from customer svc regarding my packages!!
This lane Bryant? Nope! The manager is just barely short of rude and their policies make everything more difficult. Been this way for years! There’s enough other options I don’t have to go there and will be doing so even less than i have been. You already only get my returns. Apparently I’ll be doing those by mail or drive to a different store from now on.
I had ordered several bras during the quarantine to find that none fit. I went to the store once they opened and was able to measure myself with guidance from afar, and was given some great advice on picking out bras. All the ladies were super helpful and sweet!
I've stopped buying Lane Bryant and I've been shopping Catherine's online there clothing,& styles are a lot better there's a lot of real improvements that really needs to be addressed.!
