I love coming to this location because of the sales associate Michelle! She makes every shopping experience enjoyable! She is incredibly kind and she works so hard to make every customer feel seen and confident! My mom and I absolutely love her and we will continue to shop there because of her! :)
Went in to get my bras i purchased online & the tracking said they were delivered to the store I showed up apparently they had no idea where my order was. Not even a hr after I left the store I got a notification my order was ready for pick up mind you I live on the whole other side of town. One of the ladies who work there was rude darker lady hopefully she’s not the manager bad customer service. First time using lane Bryant I’ll stick to torrid for my bras.
Love this place and the ladies here always make " it " happen! When I cannot find what I was hoping for, they bring up other thingsI end up loving!
