Went in to get my bras i purchased online & the tracking said they were delivered to the store I showed up apparently they had no idea where my order was. Not even a hr after I left the store I got a notification my order was ready for pick up mind you I live on the whole other side of town. One of the ladies who work there was rude darker lady hopefully she’s not the manager bad customer service. First time using lane Bryant I’ll stick to torrid for my bras.
Love this place and the ladies here always make " it " happen! When I cannot find what I was hoping for, they bring up other thingsI end up loving!

I just come out of the store . No body help me , I’m so disappointed. I needed my bras . But I would not go back. Employees sucks. I used to go with another employee and it was way different the treatment she would give. This girls instead of helping they were trying on clothes.
We entered the store at George Dieter in El Paso land were not greeted. We were looking at bras and no one asked us if we needed help. We were t sure if we needed to ask to ise a dressing room so we waited. In the meantime, a customer went to the counter and waited. She finally yelled “hello, is anyone working here?” No answer. She asked again and finally someone came to the counter and said “Oh we didn't hear you”. We finally we just went in to a dressing room. My daughter needed a different size and I went to look.
