I went to this store to make a return and the cashier told me to come back tomorrow, and then after I persisted, she let me return my items. The cashier didn't want to help me at all, and made me feel like I was bothering her. I felt rushed and uncomfortable in the store the entire time, and I saw another customer ask to use the fitting room and they told her no, that it was closed. This store is mess.
They really had nothing that I wanted or that I was willing to put money on (jeans cost $79.99, maybe that's what I'm going to have to be paying from now on, but seriously?! OW!! Jeans are what I wear on the weekends and to change into after work. $79.99 is higher than what I was hoping to have to pay for work appropriate pants, which, sadly, doesn't include jeans.)
Just close the store. I walked in yesterday to get measured and buy some bras. I live over an hour away so I took advantage since I was in an area near a store. The lady in there was so unwilling to help it was beyond me. She was helping (stalling) another customer find a certain panty in the store and on her tablet. I kid you not I was there for almost 30 minutes just looking around and waiting for her to tend to me. Nothing. You literally missed out on almost $300 in sales to help 1 lady with 1 panty.
