I came there on 1/4/2025 around 11:25 am. I asked for an undergarment. An employee asked me what I needed the garment for and where was I going. I explained that it was for every day wear, and gave a little more detail. I thought that I could express my needs due to the type of store that it was, and that the employee would somewhat know what I was requesting, as she was also full figured. She began to do a push-up movement and proceeded to tell me that all I needed to do was push away from the table and decrease my eating. ... read more

Lovely team at this store. Very friendly and kind. Majorly saved me in an emergency today and I couldn't be more grateful. This is the Lane Bryant to go to for awesome service.
