I made an appointment for a bra fitting, from start to finish I had 3 woman in the store helping my mom and myself. I am unfortunately in wheel chair and these 3 woman went above and beyond to help get the correct bra and I also purchased 2 night gowns and 2 full outfits. This’ll be a long one; 10/10 customer service. For a little back story and context, I am an autistic woman. I have extreme sensory issues paired with terrible experiences in the past that have made me detest bra shopping. So much so that I normally end up having some sort of meltdown when I am fitted and/or try on bras. As a result of this, I had not been fitted for a bra in 4-5 years, nor have I purchased a correctly sized bra within that same time frame. They lost my online store pick-up order, then lied and said I picked up, which I did not. Customer service phone line was equally poor. It’s a bummer because I had no issues before and used to like shopping here. If you must shop here, only do so in person!
Juat need to give a shout out to Jessica at the MOA location. Such a sweet young lady and a very hard worker. I really appreciate all of the help she gave me in the store today! Stay Awesome Jessica!
