Not as professional as I was looking for
I needed help finding a bra that fit right. The gal who helped me was so kind and friendly. She was really good at her job and got me fitted perfectly. I wish I knew her name so i could give her the credit she deserves.
The employees are apathetic with fake kindness and lack any critical thinking skills. Might as well have robots with a security officer on site. Very frustrating that my in store order was missed up and when I try to return items I can’t because I do not have original card with me. Afterwards I spent 3 hours on the phone for the in store competence because they messed up original order.
