This was the worst experience that I had with Lane Bryant. I arrived at 10am lookimg for bras. The two women that work there never came over to see if I needed any assistance. After 35-40 minutes of me searching for my size or something equivalent to my size, then I was asked did I need any help. I could understand if they were busy with other customers but it was only me and another customer at the store . I had to get on my phone and Google equivalent bra sizes. Horrible customer service
Love this store and location. The associates are friendly, helpful snd courteous. A range of sizes and styles. Don't have to dress frumpy, up-to-date fadhion.
I went to the Christiana location this morning at opening to do a return from a purchase I made online. I walked up to the door at 10am… door was locked… looked inside all the lights were off didn’t see anyone. I waited a couple minutes then called the store. The associate answered, I asked if they were open and she very rudely stated she was on her way to unlock the doors. When she opened the doors she asked if I had a return, I said I did.
