Julie was super helpful in bra fitting and offering suggestions. I really appreciated her taking the time to help me.
If I could rate 0/5 I would. Customer service is non-existent. The employees and the supervisor in the store make no effort to actually help customers with their concerns or resolve anything when a problem arises. The sad reality is that even beyond the physical store that the over the phone customer support is equally incompetent and doesn't care about helping customers.
Amanda and Stephanie and the entire crew here are amazing!! They provided personalized service to help you find the perfect fit and they are so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. They make you feel really confident and comfortable. Shopping has never been easier! Thank you ladies!!
My wife and I were assisted by an incredibly knowledgeable employee by the Name of Amanda who works at this location on Sunday and Wednesday . Best customer service and will most definitely will continue to shop here due to her professionalism and quality of clothes . Thank you Amanda
