I had purchased some pants online, ordered them too long, went into the store and they evenly exchanged them for the correct size and actually got some change back! GREAT RETAILER, beautiful clothes, reasonably priced.
Wasn’t greeted when coming in. Wasn’t asked if I needed help finding anything. Staff members noticed me but didn’t bother asking if I needed help. Made me feel super unwelcome.
